THE ROLE

Agape Childcare Staffing is building our M–F substitute teacher bench for licensed preschools and early childhood centers across Dallas-Fort Worth. When a classroom needs coverage, you step in as a professional educator — same-day availability is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead or assist in licensed preschool and early childhood classrooms (infant through Pre-K)

- Follow lesson plans and maintain safety standards and required ratios

- Work with children ages 0–5 in a structured, professional school environment

SCHEDULE

- Available 2–3 weekdays minimum (M–F, daytime hours)

- Shifts typically 4–8 hours

- Flexibility to choose schools and days that work with your schedule

WHAT YOU'LL GET

- $18–$20/hour based on experience

- W-2 employment (not 1099) — paid weekly

- Pre-service training fully reimbursed after your first placement

WHO YOU ARE

- Currently in or recently completed an ECE program, or working as a preschool teacher/assistant

- Licensed or pursuing certification (or willing to complete training)

- Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking charge of a classroom on short notice

- Comfortable in faith-based school environments

- Ready to complete Texas background check and pre-service training (we walk you through everything)
