This is a flexible part-time opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with young children and are comfortable stepping into classroom settings to provide safe, attentive, and positive care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children
• Assist lead teachers with classroom routines and activities
• Support meals, naps, diapering, playtime, and transitions
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Use positive, age-appropriate guidance with children
• Adapt to different classrooms, age groups, and school routines
• Communicate professionally with teachers, school staff, and Agape

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous childcare experience required
• Preschool, church nursery, day school, nannying, babysitting, camp, or classroom experience accepted
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and professional
• Comfortable working in faith-based school, day school, or preschool settings
• Pediatric CPR & First Aid with Rescue Breathing preferred
• Must pass required background checks and meet applicable childcare/school requirements

Schedule

Flexible weekday shifts available Monday through Friday.

Shift options may include morning, midday, afternoon, or full-day coverage based on your availability and school needs.

Pay

Starting at $18/hour
