Agape Childcare Staffing is hiring reliable, experienced childcare caregivers for part-time assignments with churches, events, and families in the DFW area.

Caregivers provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care for children in group childcare settings, event spaces, and family care environments.

Locations

Assignments may be available in:

Rockwall, Dallas, Southlake, Carrollton, and Plano, TX

Caregivers are matched based on availability, preferred locations, and staffing needs.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling opportunities.

Candidates must be available:

• Every Sunday or every other Sunday
• One to two additional days during the week or weekend
• Additional shifts may be offered based on availability and location needs

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive care for children of various ages.
• Supervise children during church services, events, and family care assignments.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, reading, games, crafts, and activities.
• Support snacks, restroom breaks, transitions, and group routines as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
• Follow care instructions, safety guidelines, and agency policies.
• Communicate professionally with parents, staff, event hosts, and the Agape Childcare Staffing team.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide excellent care.

Qualifications

• Prior childcare experience required.
• Experience with babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, children’s programs, or group childcare preferred.
• Must be dependable, patient, engaging, and professional.
• Must be comfortable working in church, event, and family care settings.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Must be able to pass required background screening.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Pay

Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Additional assignments may be available for caregivers who are dependable, flexible, and interested in ongoing part-time work.
