About the Role:

We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and warm-hearted sitters to join our Church & Event (COE) Team. As a Primary Sitter, you’ll provide safe and engaging childcare at church services. If you’re looking for consistent hours and love working with children in a group setting, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Care for children during church events and services
• Lead age-appropriate group activities and play
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Arrive on time and follow safety/check-in protocols
• Work well with church staff and other team members

Requirements:

• 1+ years of group childcare experience (nursery, preschool, church, camps, etc.)
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check and reference check
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable working in faith-based settings
