Clinical Supervisor Pool — Behavioral Health

Agape Mental Health | Massachusetts | Flexible / Hybrid / Telehealth Opportunities

Agape Mental Health is seeking experienced, independently licensed behavioral health professionals to join our growing Clinical Supervisor Pool. This opportunity is ideal for licensed clinicians who are passionate about mentoring emerging providers, supporting strong clinical standards, and helping expand access to compassionate behavioral health care.

Supervisors with pediatric, adolescent, family, trauma-informed, or community-based mental health experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Role

  • Maintaining supervision records consistent with applicable licensing board and organizational requirements
  • Collaborating with administrative leadership to support onboarding, compliance workflows, and quality standards
  • Promoting a supportive, ethical, professional, and growth-oriented clinical culture

Ideal Candidate

The ideal supervisor is:

  • Warm, professional, and approachable
  • Skilled at giving clear, constructive feedback

  • Eligibility under Massachusetts licensing board rules to supervise the applicable supervisee discipline
  • Prior experience providing clinical supervision, consultation, training, or mentorship preferred
  • Strong understanding of documentation standards, treatment planning, risk assessment, ethics, and mandated reporting

Schedule

Flexible options may be available, including:

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on license type, supervision structure, frequency, role expectations, and experience.
