Agape Mental Health is seeking compassionate, motivated graduate-level students, practicum/internship students, and post-graduate associates who are looking to gain supervised clinical experience in Massachusetts.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals pursuing clinical hours, practicum/internship experience, or post-graduate supervision while working within a supportive mental health organization. Supervised Individuals will have the opportunity to provide outpatient mental health services, build clinical skills, and work with diverse client populations while receiving supervision from licensed clinicians.
Agape Mental Health provides administrative and billing support, scheduling systems, referral support, and a collaborative environment so Supervised Individuals can focus on developing their clinical skills and serving clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services under appropriate clinical supervision.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in individual supervision with a licensed clinician.
- Participate in group supervision or case consultation if needed.
- Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards.
- Use Agape’s scheduling, documentation, and communication systems.
- Maintain consistent availability for client scheduling.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, administrative staff, and clients.
- Support a positive, compassionate, and client-centered care environment.
Qualifications
Applicants should meet one or more of the following:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Seeking practicum or internship placement.
- Post-graduate associate seeking supervised clinical hours.
- Eligible to provide services under supervision in Massachusetts.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and responsive.
- Comfortable working with diverse client populations.
- Willingness to provide services through both in-person and telehealth formats.
Schedule Requirements
- Minimum of 8 hours of weekly availability for client scheduling.
- Must have at least one in-person day available each week.
- Saturday availability may be accepted.
- Flexible scheduling available based on client need, supervision requirements, and provider availability.
Supervision
Agape Mental Health offers:

Compensation
This is a paid opportunity.
Compensation is paid per session and varies depending on insurance reimbursement, licensure/supervision status, service type, and payer requirements. Typical compensation may range from $35–$95 per session.
Final compensation structure will be reviewed during the interview and onboarding process.
