Schedule: Sundays (required) + some Saturdays · weekday shifts optional

Agape Childcare Staffing places caring, background-checked teachers in churches and schools across Dallas–Fort Worth. We’re growing our Fort Worth Sunday team and need dependable subs who are available on weekends.

THE SCHEDULE

• Sunday mornings (usually 8:30am–12:30pm)
• Some Saturdays for events and special programs
• Optional: pick up weekday shifts at day schools for extra hours
• Works well alongside school or a weekday job

WHERE

Churches and schools in and around Fort Worth 76111, including Riverside, Haltom City, Downtown Fort Worth, Richland Hills, and North Richland Hills. We match you with locations close to you.

PAY

• $18/hour to start
• Up to $20/hour based on reliability and tenure
• W-2 employee, so taxes are handled for you

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Care for and teach children in nursery, toddler, preschool, and kids’ classrooms. Your age group may change week to week.
• Follow the lesson plan or curriculum provided. At churches, this may include a short Bible lesson, story, or song, with no prep needed.
• Keep kids safe, engaged, and happy through play, crafts, and snack time, including diapers and bottles in infant rooms
• Follow each location’s check-in, safety, and pickup procedures
• Work alongside staff and volunteers

REQUIREMENTS

• Childcare or classroom experience (daycare, preschool, teaching, nannying, or similar)
• Available Sunday mornings
• 18+, with reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Pediatric CPR/First Aid, or willing to get it
• Able to sit on the floor, lift up to 25 lbs, and stay active with kids for a full shift

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Church nursery or kids ministry experience (volunteer experience counts!)
• CDA, ECE coursework, or an education degree in progress
• Weekday availability
