Agape Childcare Staffing places caring, experienced caregivers in church nurseries and children's ministry classrooms across Dallas–Fort Worth. We're growing our Sunday team. We're looking for people who already know what a Sunday morning in kids ministry looks like, and who love it.

THE SCHEDULE

• Sunday mornings during church services (shifts are typically 8:30am - 12:30pm hours)
• Some Saturdays for church conferences, women's events, and special programs
• You pick the assignments that fit your life. Works well alongside a weekday job or school.

WHERE

Churches across DFW, including Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Southlake, North Fort Worth, Mansfield, and Red Oak. We match you with churches close to you.

PAY

• $18/hour to start
• Up to $20/hour based on reliability and tenure
• W-2 employee, so taxes are handled for you

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Care for children in nursery, toddler, preschool, and kids' classrooms. Your age group may change from week to week.
• Lead or help with a short Bible lesson, story, or song. The church provides the curriculum, so there's no prep.
• Keep kids safe, engaged, and happy through play, crafts, and snack time, with diapers and bottles in the nursery.
• Follow each church's check-in, safety, and pickup procedures.
• Work alongside church staff and volunteers.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Have served or worked in a church nursery or children's ministry. Volunteer experience counts!
• Are comfortable leading a simple Bible lesson with kids
• Can easily switch between babies, toddlers, and older kids
• Are dependable: when you say yes to a Sunday, you're there on time
• Are 18+, have reliable transportation, and can pass a background check
• Have Pediatric CPR/First Aid, or are willing to get it
• Can sit on the floor, lift up to 25 lbs, and stay active with kids for your full shift

Former daycare or preschool teachers, teacher assistants, nannies, and education students with church experience are also encouraged to apply.
