Agape Childcare Staffing is hiring full-time Preschool Teachers and Floater Teachers for an early learning center in Argyle, TX.

What you’ll do

• Plan and create age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that support children’s learning and development
• Lead or support daily classroom activities that help children learn through play
• Keep children safe, supervised, and engaged throughout the day
• Help with meals, naptime, diapering or potty training, and daily routines based on the age group
• Communicate warmly with families and center staff
• Floaters: rotate between classrooms to cover breaks, lunches, and absences, following each classroom’s lesson plans

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pediatric (Infant/Child) CPR and First Aid certification
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Education
• Experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, school, church nursery, camp, or nanny role (1 year required)
• Reliable transportation to Argyle
• Patient, warm, and dependable
• Ability to pass a background check
• This role requires lifting children up to 35 lbs, sitting on the floor and at child-sized tables, standing and walking for extended periods, and keeping up with active young children both indoors and outdoors.
