Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Salary Range: $25 to $30 per hour, with Paid Time Off

Job Overview:

AFH Properties is looking for a (Residential) Property Maintenance Technician to service property management rental units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
• Perform inspections of rental units to identify any maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management team
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and supplies used
• Assist with property renovations and upgrades as needed
• Demonstrate the ability to organize and manage multiple job locations

simultaneously.

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's

values and standards.

• Possess a reliable truck and personal tools necessary for the job.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a residential maintenance technician or similar role is required
• Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of email and Office platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
