AFH Properties is seeking a talented and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our tenants by maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to tenants' homes to inspect HVAC equipment and identify any issues
• Perform repairs or routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC units
• Install new equipment in properties that are being renovated
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in accordance with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management team
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and supplies used
• Demonstrate the ability to organize and manage multiple job locations simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean, professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's values and standards.
• Assist with property renovations and upgrades as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
• Certification or license in HVAC technology is preferred
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of email and Office platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a reliable truck and personal tools necessary for the job.
• Valid driver's license

Salary Range:

$25 to $30 per hour
