Maintenance Technician

The Role

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will keep our facility running safely and smoothly for our residents and staff. You will handle day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders in a timely manner. What You'll Do

•       Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

•       Complete repairs on doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and other building components

•       Respond to and complete resident and staff maintenance requests promptly

•       Inspect and maintain life safety systems including fire extinguishers and exit lighting

•       Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep throughout the facility

•       Maintain grounds including lawn care and snow removal

•       Assist with unit turnovers — repairs, cleaning, and inspections

•       Document completed work orders accurately


What We're Looking For

•       1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, or related trade experience (senior living or healthcare a plus)

•       Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems

•       Valid driver's license required

•       EPA 608 Certification preferred but not required

•       Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders

•       Strong communication skills and a positive, resident-friendly attitude

•       Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Schedule
