Affordable Massage Company is hiring full time/part time massage therapists for in office and mobile treatments.

We are looking for hardworking, ambitious, individuals seeking a company to stay with long term. We are seeking out individuals willing to grow into leadership roles including team and location leaders as we expand into other areas. We know you can’t do massage forever, so our business model is designed to cater to therapist’s physical limitations which allows therapists to remain in the massage industry without having to only do massage.

After 90 days, earn 5 hours off for every 25 hours worked unpaid! Earn 5 hours off every 100 hours worked PAID!

We provide all supplies and have a steady clientele to keep therapists pre-booked. We offer guaranteed cancellation/no show fees at 50% the service cost and offer employee/family discounts at 50% menu price.

Entry level base pay is $30/hr commission for therapists with less than 2 years experience, $35/hr with 2-4 years experience, and $40/hr with 4-6 years experience, $45/hr with 6-8 years experience, $50/hr with 8-10 years experience and $55/hr with 10+ years experience. $1.25/hr raises can be earned every quarter with client retention up to $75/hr plus tips. Therapists also earn between 50%-85% commission bonuses on add on services depending on pay level. Entry level full time therapists can earn around $750-$1375 weekly plus add ons, tips, and sales bonuses to start. Earn 1% of your quarterly sales! Team leaders earn an additional 1% on their entire teams quarterly sales! That’s a minimum of $3000-$5500/mo + tips and bonuses just to start with extensive room for professional and financial growth. We offer room for growth within the company that no other company does for MTs.

We also offer hourly commission bonuses of $10-$14/hr, depending on pay level, to therapists who fill in for other therapists who call out.

Therapists are needed for all shifts plus 1 weekend shift is required for all new therapists.

Weekdays:

Morning shift 9am-2pm

Evening shift 2pm-7pm

Weekends:

Morning Shift- 7am-12pm

Afternoon Shift- 12pm-5pm

Evening Shift- 5pm-10pm

Shifts are not flexible (except for mobile therapists)and more hours are available for those who want more.
