Affordable Massage Company is looking for hardworking, ambitious, individuals seeking a company that will guide and assist therapists in their careers and growing practices. AMC is here to help therapists grow their clientele and teach them the ins and outs of a successful massage practice.

Entry level base price is $45/hr for therapists with less than 6 years experience, $50/hr with 6 to 11 years experience, and $55/hr with 12 or more years experience. $5/hr price increase can be earned every quarter with goal achievements up to $85/hr plus tips. Therapists also earn between 40%-70% commission bonuses on add on services depending on level. (Not required. Contract therapists can choose what services they offer. AMC just offers options for therapists to supplement their income or to learn new services.)

Entry level therapists scheduled 25 hours/week can earn around $375-$625 weekly plus tips and sales bonuses. Earn 1-2% sales bonus quarterly when individual goals are met. That’s a minimum of $1,500-$2,500/mo + tips and bonuses just to start! (Goal achievements are not required, but give therapists something to work towards and offer extensive room for growth financially.)

All supplies are included in the rent and we have a steady clientele to keep therapists pre-booked. We have a customer service expert to assist with all client relations, which is also included in the rent. We offer guaranteed cancellation/no show fees at 50% the service cost and offer employee/family discounts at 50% menu price.

We also offer hourly bonuses of $10-$14/hr, depending on level, to therapists who fill in for other therapists who call out.

Contractors must obtain a Vagaro merchant account for payment processing. You will be collecting/processing your own payments from clients. Therapists can add on any software features they wish to utilize for a small monthly fee per feature. Therapists will be able to advertise/market to AMCs entire client list and the entire Vagaro network of customers using the vagaro pro platform.

Office rent is paid at $30/hr which includes office and supplies, the CSR, software use, marketing, discounts offered, and of course clients. With your own merchant account, there's no waiting for payday. YOU are in charge of your own income at AMC. Vagaro offers a 2 day turn around on deposits but could be longer depending on your bank. AMC will pull payment distribution reports and payroll reports to determine the amount owed by either party Friday evening/Saturday morning weekly. Rent will be charged to a card or bank account stored on file.

We've done the foundational work FOR you. All you have to do is come make a name for yourself and the rest will fall into place.

Contracted therapists have the choice of accepting AMC clients at the rates listed above or they can simply just rent our beautiful offices to treat their own clients at rates of their choice and simply just pay hourly office rent at $15/hr up to 5 hours and the rate decreases from there the more hours rented.

We are open to mobile services for those interested in offering mobile or in home services.

W2 employment positions are available for management positions. Our management positions come with unbeatable unpaid and paid time off benefits as well as retirement plan options. Full time with AMC is only 25 hrs/wk and employees that exceed 25 hrs/wk will earn an overtime bonus of $10-$14/hr in addition to their regular pay.
