You will have responsibility for direct installers onsite. You will also play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and will have the opportunity to advance to a director-level position. In this role, you will interpret customer requirements, meticulously plan, track progress, and develop processes, including staffing, to fulfill program needs. You will have responsibility for direct installers onsite. You will also play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and will have the opportunity to advance to a director-level position. It is your responsibility to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a corporate retailer's Project Management team, successfully executing new and remodel projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing more than 5 direct reports at a work site.
  • A proven track record of extensive travel and the capacity to be away from home for weeks, along with the ability to work from home.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting store floor plans, planograms, and fixture schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and confidently without needing direction.
  • A clear potential for rapid advancement, coupled with a strong desire to acquire new business skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with customers and employees at all levels.
  • This is a 100% travel position, traveling on the road from store location to store location


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
