Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager – Loyalty & Brand Solutions will drive new business opportunities and expand market presence by leveraging extensive experience and a robust network within both the loyalty and brand sectors. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and qualifying leads while nurturing strategic relationships with potential partners across loyalty and brand ecosystems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to develop and execute effective sales strategies that maximize partner adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Leverage industry expertise and connections to identify and target key opportunities in both loyalty and brand sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers at leading organizations in sports, loyalty, and brand markets.
- Effectively communicate the unique value of Affina’s customized loyalty and brand solutions to drive partner engagement and conversion.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent progress through the sales funnel.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine lead qualification processes and optimize sales strategies for both loyalty and brand initiatives.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and secure new partnerships that align with Affina’s strategic objectives in loyalty and brand sales.
- Foster long-term relationships with partners, enhancing loyalty program adoption, brand engagement, and revenue potential.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals across loyalty and brand channels.
- Provide field insights to inform product development and strategic planning.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within both the loyalty and brand landscapes.
- Analyze market data to guide strategic decision-making and refine sales tactics.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales or business development roles within loyalty, brand sales, or related industries.
- Established network and deep connections within the loyalty and brand sectors, with demonstrable success in leveraging relationships to drive growth.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze market trends and sales metrics for strategic insights.
