The Desk Sales / Account Executive – Security Monitoring & Guarding Services is responsible for supporting the Company’s growth by generating, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities for remote monitoring services, camera systems, and security guarding solutions. This role operates primarily from the office and serves as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, coordinating proposals, service configurations, and contract execution in alignment with Company standards and regulatory requirements. The position focuses on consultative selling, client education, follow-up, and relationship management, while working closely with operations and management to ensure that all contracted services are operationally feasible, compliant, and profitable. This role does not carry authority to bind the Company and operates under established pricing, approval, and compliance protocols.

Desk Sales / Account Executive – Security Monitoring & Guarding Services

Reports To: CEO / Managing Director or Director of Operations


Position Summary

The Desk Sales / Account Executive – Security Monitoring & Guarding Services is responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities for remote monitoring, camera systems, and professional security guarding services. This role operates primarily from the office and supports the full sales cycle while ensuring compliance, operational feasibility, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities for monitoring, camera, and guarding services

- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend service solutions

- Coordinate proposals, pricing approvals, and contract execution

- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up

- Meet assigned sales targets and performance expectations


Compliance & Risk Awareness

- Adhere to Florida security licensing and regulatory requirements

- Avoid unauthorized pricing or contractual commitments

- Ensure accurate representation of Company services and authority


Required Qualifications

- Prior sales or account management experience

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to operate in a regulated, compliance-driven environment


Compensation

Hourly base compensation plus performance-based commissions as defined in a separate compensation addendum. No equity or ownership interest is provided.


Employment Conditions

Employment is at-will and subject to Company policies, background screening, and ongoing compliance requirements.

Salary

$41,600 - $59,600 per year
