Aervivo is partnering with community owners, managers and leaders across the country to enable them to deliver reliable, affordable, gigabit managed WiFi to their residents, solving the connectivity and digital divide. 


The Aervivo Cloud and Connectivity Platform currently connects tens of communities and thousands of residential units across the States of CA and UT and the Commonwealths of PA and MA. We have contracts and grant awards from numerous owners and funding programs and are growing rapidly, expanding within our existing footprint and shortly into other States.

THE ROLE:


We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Project Manager to support the execution of broadband network deployment projects. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who excels at coordinating complex projects, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring milestones are met with precision. 


While experience in the telecom industry is a plus, it is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing activities across the organization, planning, coordinating, and managing the full lifecycle of broadband deployment projects from design through installation. You will work closely with Network Design, Property Owners, and Operations leadership by serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, and field crews. Key responsibilities also include tracking project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risks using project management tools, facilitating regular update meetings, providing status reports to leadership, and identifying and resolving potential roadblocks


This is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Program Management Office and will require some travel to customer and job sites across the USA.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have a proven ability to initiate, grow, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or technology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
