Contact Center Representative (Part-Time, Temporary 6 Month)


In an increasingly digitized economy, high-speed, reliable internet connectivity has transitioned from a luxury to an essential utility. Aervivo is partnering with community owners, managers and leaders across the country to enable them to deliver reliable, affordable, gigabit managed WiFi to their residents, solving the connectivity and digital divide. 


The Aervivo Cloud and Connectivity Platform currently connects tens of communities and thousands of residential units across the States of CA and UT and the Commonwealths of PA and MA. We have contracts and grant awards from numerous owners and funding programs and are growing rapidly, expanding within our existing footprint and shortly into other States.

THE ROLE:

Aervivo is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to handle inbound calls from customers looking to establish new internet service accounts. This is a customer-facing role focused on guiding callers through the sign-up process, answering questions about service options, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact through account setup.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in new internet service
  • Walk customers through plan, pricing, and equipment information.
  • Accurately collect customer information and set up new accounts
  • Address basic questions about internet and Wi-Fi service, equipment, and installation
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor on every call
  • Document call details and account information accurately in the CRM system
  • Meet basic performance expectations around call quality and customer satisfaction
  • Any other duties as assigned


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable internet connection
  • A quiet workspace free from background noise
  • Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to comply with company security standards
  • Availability during daytime business hours
  • Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month contract at approximately 20 hours/week


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior contact center or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Google Suite


Salary

$16 - $24 per hour
