About The Role


As a Business Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key industry professionals. Leveraging your expertise, you will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the company and its partners, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the mortgage banking industry.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence
  • Educate clients and partners on our mortgage products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies


Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking or related financial services
  • Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities
