For good consideration, the Company employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.

1. Duties and Position. The Company hires this Employee in the capacity of Smart Technologies Expert. The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at the Company's discretion from time to time.
2. Duties:  You will be responsible for the operation within the Smart Technologies Division contacting residential and commercial property owners with the purpose of providing our Smart Technologies and much more. You will drive and manage expansion in the area of responsibility and develop strategic plans with the rest of your team that will meet objectives. You will have overall responsibility for the implementation of plans, the day-to-day operations, and the management of operational, technical, marketing, investments, sales, and installations.  Builds internal capability ingraining training and control processes into the business.

4. High school degree
5. Experience:
6. 2 years minimum experience in electrical installation preferred but, not required
7. Qualities
8. Friendly disposition, attention to details, pride in work, organized, resourceful, fast learning, task oriented, goal oriented, driven
9. Skills
10. Experienced with electrical, Gmail, Google Calendar, and other Google services
11. Languages
12. English speaking with clear speech.  Multi-lingual preferred but not required
13. Equipement
14. Android cellphone (Will be required after probation)
15. Access to an Android tablet or a PC for work
16. Basic tools
17. Payment Type (check one). 

• Hourly - The Company shall pay the Employee a wage of $30 per hour, for the services of the Employee for installations, payable at regular payroll periods.
