We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Recruiter. As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our company's recruitment process. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to help drive our organization's growth.


In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, and coordinate the offer and onboarding process.



Responsibilities

· Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

· Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract and source qualified applicants

· Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews

· Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews and other assessment methods

· Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background screenings

· Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system


Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or a combination of education and work experience)

· Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role

· Familiarity with HR principles and best practices

· Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills

· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity

· Flexibility for interns to learn the position
