Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.



Responsibilities

·       Assist in the recruitment and hiring process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.

·       Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.

·       Coordinate and assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

·       Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development activities.

·       Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR-related information.

·       Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

·       Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with HR regulations and protocols.

·       Manage and update HR databases, including employee information and attendance records.

·       Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation programs.

·       Conduct research and provide support on various HR-related projects.

·       Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or a combination of education and work experience)

·       1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.

·       Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.

·       Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Typing speed of 60+ WPM

·       Flexibility for interns to learn the position

Salary

$20.2 - $22 per hour
