Description

  1. Duties and Position. The Company hires this Employee in the capacity of Carpentry County Manager. The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at the Company's discretion from time to time.
  2. Duties:  You will be responsible for the operation of the Carpentry Department of the Contractor Supply Division including hiring, firing of staff and much more. You will drive and manage expansion in the area of responsibility and develop strategic plans that will meet objectives. You will have overall responsibility for the implementation of plans, the day-to-day operations, and the management of all operational, technical, marketing, investments, sales, and commercial personnel.  Builds internal capability ingraining training and control processes into the business.  Coordination and oversight of the Sales Team's activities and that company resources are efficiently utilized.


  1. Your immediate supervisor is the District Manager and your immediate subordinates are all Carpentry staff working in your area of responsibility.

  4. High school degree
  5. Experience:
  6. 2 years minimum experience in management
  7. Qualities
  8. Friendly disposition, attention to details, organized, resourceful, fast learning, task oriented, goal oriented
  9. Skills
  10. Experienced with managing staff, tracking performance, submitting payroll, Gmail, Google Calendar, and other Google services
  11. Languages
  12. English speaking with clear speech.  Multi-lingual preferred but not required
  13. Equipment
  14. Android cellphone (Will be required after probation)
  15. Access to an Android tablet or a PC for work
  16. Payment Type (check one). 
  • Salary - The Company shall pay Employee a salary of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, for the services of the Employee, payable at regular payroll periods.
  • Bonuses – The Company shall pay the Employee a bonus of 1% of the county’s monthly sales volume for the Financial Services Department.
