We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

In this role, you will collaborate with our HR team to administer a wide range of benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement savings, and employee wellness programs. You will be the main point of contact for employees regarding their benefits, providing guidance and assistance.

Responsibilities

· Administer all employee benefit programs, including health insurance, disability, life insurance, travel, retirement savings, and employee wellness programs

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits

· Manage benefit enrollment process, including communicating with employees and processing enrollment forms

· Review and process benefit claims, ensuring accurate and timely payment

· Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues

· Conduct comprehensive benefits orientation sessions for new hires

· Coordinate open enrollment process, including communication with employees and updating benefit information in HRIS

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or a combination of education and work experience)

· 3+ years of experience in benefits administration

· Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations

· Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration software

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Professional certification in benefits administration (preferred but not required)

· Flexibility for interns to learn the position

Salary

$24.65 - $26 per hour
