Description

Seeking a mechanical engineer capable of designing, analyzing, and producing complex mechanical systems including structural components and dynamic assemblies while considering thermal management solutions. Previous hands-on testing experience is a requirement. The candidate should be capable of executing a project from conceptual design to qualification and subsequent high-volume production. Aerospace or Defense design background is preferred, however all applicable experience will be considered.

• Mechanical design (CAD modeling, assemblies)
• Simulation software (ANSYS)
• CAD software (Siemens NX Preferred)
• Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing/Analysis

• Manufacturing and assembly processes
• Laboratory familiarity (testing equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition)
• Environmental testing and qualification (MIL-STD standards)
• MATLAB/Python programming
