SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING ASSISTANT

  • propose & storyboard social content (long form and short form) for the purpose of advertising and organic content
  • direct, execute, and edit content
  • adjust/edit as needed at the direction of the Marketing Head
  • publish to the appropriate channels
  • monitor social media channels and respond to comments & direct messages
  • assist with customer support on social platforms and escalate inquiries to CRM software


SKILLS/TRAITS

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube platforms
  • video editing experience (mobile required, desktop editing a plus)
  • Background experience or degree in marketing / advertising fieldsĀ PREFERRED
  • proactive, self-starter

Require minimum 2-3 day commitment per week.

Salary

$13 - $15 per hour
