Job Duties:

Attention to detail is a must, and no candle-making experience is necessary! Good manual dexterity is required. Social media skills are a plus as we create TikToks and Reels behind the scenes. Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:

🕯️ Hand-pouring luxury candles and fragrance (on-the-job training provided)

📦 Shipping and packaging orders

💪 Light lifting (no more than 40 lbs - boxes of wax)

📦 Sorting and organizing inventory

🧹 Cleaning machines, tabletops, and sweeping floors

🗑️ Taking out the trash

🛍️ Handling customer pickup orders (excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor are a MUST)

New hires will need to provide proof of citizenship, sign an NDA & non-compete agreement, and will undergo a background check.

Details:

💵 Wages: $15-17/hour with regular annual raises based on scheduled performance reviews
