You're not selling software. You're not cold-calling strangers. You're not grinding through a 6-month procurement cycle to close a deal nobody cares about. You're on a video call with a couple who just got engaged, helping them figure out how to elope on a mountain in Colorado, or plan a ceremony in a wildflower meadow with their closest people and the Rockies behind them. When they book, you'll hear "you just made our dream real and this was so easy" on a regular basis.


That's the job.


Adventure Amore is the parent company behind Colorado Outdoor Weddings, Superbloom Weddings, and Adventure Amore Photography. We doubled revenue last year and are on track to quadruple it this year. The model is proven, the leads are coming in, and our current on-call close rate is 30%. We're hiring two Sales Consultants as the founding members of our dedicated sales team, onboarding by June 1st. This process is moving fast.


What You'll Actually Do


You'll spend your days on video calls with couples who've already reached out to us. Warm inbound leads, not cold outreach. Your job is to listen, understand what they want their day to look and feel like, and guide them to the right package.

This is consultative, emotionally driven selling. You're not pushing product. You're helping people make a decision they already want to make, and you're the first person who makes them feel like this is actually going to happen.


A typical day: 5 to 6 scheduled calls (60 minutes each), 1 to 2 follow-ups, plus CRM updates and prep. You'll manage a pipeline of 8 to 10 prospects with a monthly booking target of 30. At least one weekend day per week is required (weekend bookings carry a higher commission rate). Beyond that, you choose your hours as long as you're hitting targets.


Compensation


Full-time, W-2. We can't out-pay a SaaS or solar sales org on OTE alone, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we offer is meaningful work, a service people love, a tight-knit team that cares about you, and a real growth trajectory in a fast-scaling company.


  • On-target earnings ~$85,000/year; high performers realistically earn $100,000 to $115,000+
  • $58,000 base salary
  • Per-booking commission (weekend bookings earn a higher rate)
  • 90-day ramp guarantee protects your income while you learn the process
  • Lead volume guarantee: if we don't deliver enough scheduled calls, your commission is protected based on your historical close rate

Where You'll Work


Primarily remote. Your first few weeks are roughly 50/50 in-office and at-home while you ramp, and after that just 2 days per month in person in the Denver / Front range area. We're building a real team, not a disconnected call center, and we want our sales consultants connected to the photographers, the creative process, and the couples we serve.


Coming From the Wedding Industry?


You love working with couples but you're tired of 12-hour shoots, the editing backlog, and running a business. You don't need "sales experience" on your resume. You've been selling packages and managing client expectations for years.


What We're Looking For


  • Able to get to Denver 2 days per month
  • 2+ years in consultative, emotion-driven, or relationship-based sales, OR 2+ years in the wedding industry working directly with couples
  • If you're coming from another sales role, you bring the process discipline. We'll teach you the product. You'll walk into a proven call architecture, objection frameworks, a custom pricing calculator, and warm inbound leads
  • Comfort navigating emotionally charged conversations where partners, parents, and budget concerns are all in play
  • Self-directed time management
