We are looking for an entrepreneurial, full-stack marketing leader to take charge of marketing across two brands in the $1.4 billion Colorado wedding industry. With no dominant players in the space, this is a rare opportunity to create and scale a leading brand from the ground up.
This is an autonomous role working with the founder on strategy, execution, and budgeting with a goal to test, iterate, and scale what works. You’ll have a small team of freelancers and agencies to support your vision. Your Role: Full-Stack Marketing Manager
As our Marketing Manager, you will build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for both brands, assisted by a small team of agencies and freelancers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Growth Strategies – Own an omnichannel marketing program which includes but is not limited to: paid ads, social, SEO, and partnerships.
- Optimize Customer Acquisition – Lower CAC while increasing lead volume and conversion rates both in scheduled calls and actual bookings.
- Marketing Attribution & Analytics – Set up tracking, attribution models, and ROI analysis for all efforts.
- Scale Acquisition Systems – Develop repeatable, scalable strategies for future geographic expansion.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging – Create compelling narratives that differentiate both brands.
- Employer Branding & Talent Marketing – Help us attract top-tier photographers and wedding professionals.
Requirements:

- Experience setting up tracking, attribution models, and optimization frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, email automation, and analytics.

- 5+ years of full-funnel marketing experience with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Proven ability to build marketing systems from scratch – not just optimize existing ones.
- Experience in high-consideration, interpersonal, emotional purchase industries (e.g., weddings, travel, luxury services) a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80K - $100K base salary + performance-based bonuses
