We are a child care center that service ages 6weeks to 12 years old. We offer free tutoring to our families along with Spanish study table for the children that attend our program. We’re looking for ambitious and highly motivated individuals that have a passion for working with children from all different backgrounds.

As a childcare director you will be responsible for day to day operations of the childcare center. This position requires excellent organizational skills, communication skills, computer skills, leadership skills and attention to detail skills. As the director you will be required to conduct interviews and train fellow staff members. This position requires a minimum of 50 hours a week and is a salary paid position. You will also be required to drive the daycare van for route pick ups and drop offs.

Requirments:

-Extensive Knowledge of Ohio childcare center rules and regulations.

-DCY Administrator Rules Training part 1 and 2.

-DCY Childcare Center Orientation Training

-DCY Child Abuse and Neglect Training

-DCY Communicable Disease Training

-DCY Ohio’s Approach to Quality Training

-Transportation Training

-Must have CPL 3 or better or a CDA or ECE degree.

-Must have 4 or more years of experience.

-Must be comfortable with social media advertising.
