Job Overview:

Are you a skilled Construction Project Manager looking for a new opportunity to showcase your leadership and project management abilities? Advanced Improvements LLC is seeking a motivated individual to oversee and manage construction projects in and around Mystic, CT. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget utilizing the software provided to assist in this work.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure transparency for clients, office, as well as subs, and employees
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Monitor job cost and issue Change Orders/RFIs as needed to ensure that all costs are covered while always keeping the Client satisfied

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 5 years; prefer 10+)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and tools (preferably BuilderTrend)
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field experience
