Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Communication

  • Serve as the second line of communication for client inquiries and requests
  • Coordinate and facilitate client signing appointments for various financial documents
  • Provide timely account updates to new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Deliver professional, responsive service that reflects our commitment to client satisfaction


Transaction Processing & Documentation

  • Process rollover transactions with accuracy and attention to regulatory requirements
  • Prepare, process, and manage withdrawal (WD) and Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) forms
  • Complete and submit applications for both new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate books and records for all client transactions


Operations & Problem Solving

  • Identify operational issues during service calls and provide effective internal solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
  • Handle sensitive matters such as death claims with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn financial services software
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or annuities
  • Knowledge of retirement products and regulations
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the financial services industry
  • Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
