Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication
- Serve as the second line of communication for client inquiries and requests
- Coordinate and facilitate client signing appointments for various financial documents
- Provide timely account updates to new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Deliver professional, responsive service that reflects our commitment to client satisfaction
Transaction Processing & Documentation
- Process rollover transactions with accuracy and attention to regulatory requirements
- Prepare, process, and manage withdrawal (WD) and Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) forms
- Complete and submit applications for both new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate books and records for all client transactions
Operations & Problem Solving
- Identify operational issues during service calls and provide effective internal solutions
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Handle sensitive matters such as death claims with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn financial services software
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Preferred:
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or annuities
- Knowledge of retirement products and regulations
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the financial services industry
- Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
