The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, preparing documents, managing correspondence, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.



  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving, sorting incoming mail; preparing, sending outgoing mail
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the office is kept clean and organized.
