Position Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Software Developer to provide critical support to our Government Client in Reston, VA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in software development, engineering, and programming to enhance mission-critical systems.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Security Clearance: A current TS/SCI Clearance with CI polygraph is required for this role, or candidates should have the ability to obtain polygraph clearance prior to the start date.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in common programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, Linux, and/or Ruby.
• Experience: Ten years of programming or engineering experience.
• Education: An engineering degree or fifteen years of programming/engineering experience along with technical certification.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) as required by the project.
• Background Investigation: Successful completion of a pre-employment background investigation is mandatory to ensure compliance with security protocols.

Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in software development and engineering activities to support the enhancement and maintenance of mission-critical systems.
• Utilizing your expertise in programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, Linux, and/or Ruby to contribute to software development projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with security clearance requirements and background investigation protocols.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:
