Advanced Applications Group LLC (AAG) is a premier provider of customized operational, training, and security solutions. We are actively seeking a seasoned Airboss to manage and coordinate air and ground operations during live military training exercises.

Role Overview:

As an Airboss, you will be responsible for the overall management of air and ground operations during dynamic military training scenarios. This role requires a high level of expertise in military air-ground coordination, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of air and ground operations during military training exercises.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication between all participating units and stakeholders.
• Develop operational plans that meet training objectives and ensure the safety of all participants.
• Maintain strict adherence to military regulations and safety standards throughout the execution of exercises.

Requirements:

• Minimum of ten years' experience as a JTAC, TACP, or Combat Controller.
• JTAC/RTO certification, Type one release qualified,
• JTAC Instructor qualified or JTAC Evaluator qualified.
• Preference for graduates from Combat Control/Special Tactics Officer (CCT/STO) courses, or other AFSPECWAR equivalent schools.
• Current Secret security clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing complex operational scenarios.

Desired Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in managing live military training exercises.
• Proven track record in air-ground coordination and operational planning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type:

Contractual, with variable assignment dates based on operational needs.

Compensation:

Competitive daily rates, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Travel and accommodations provided as required for non-local assignments.
