Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our Government Client in Reston, VA. This role involves working on critical projects related to system vulnerabilities, radio frequency collection equipment, forensic analysis, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify System Vulnerabilities: The Senior Technical Operations Coordinator will be responsible for identifying system vulnerabilities within internally developed capabilities. This includes conducting assessments and recommending mitigating measures to enhance security.
• RF Collection Equipment: The role requires experience with various radio frequency collection equipment, benchtop test equipment, and forensic test equipment. You will be expected to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot this equipment as needed.
• Collection Management and Targeting Support: Alternatively, candidates with experience in collection management and targeting support to military operations are also encouraged to apply. This expertise will be valuable in supporting our client's mission.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using Windows-based desktop computers is essential. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Professional Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, is necessary for documenting and presenting findings.
• Electronic Theory: An understanding of basic electronic theory, including wave propagation, signal analysis, and spectral analysis, is required for this role. This knowledge will be utilized in analyzing and interpreting data.
• Forensic Analysis: Candidates with experience in forensic support through the scientific analysis of electronic evidence will play a crucial role in assisting with investigations and providing technical insights.
• Security Clearance: A current TS/SCI Clearance with CI polygraph is mandatory for this position. Alternatively, candidates should have the ability to obtain the required polygraph clearance prior to the start date.
• Background Investigation: Successful completion of a pre-employment background investigation is a prerequisite for this role to ensure compliance with security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly: Preferred candidates will already possess a current TS/SCI Clearance with CI polygraph, as this will expedite the onboarding process and align with the client's security requirements.
