Seeking experienced Tier I technician with desire to advance skills and move to Tier II technician.


As a member of the ADS team, your primary focus will be on addressing basic and escalated IT support tickets from end users, encompassing a variety of software and hardware issues. You will be expected to provide technical assistance through telephone, email, ticketing system, and in-person interactions with clients. Your role will involve ensuring the functionality of end users' IT assets and maintaining consistent uptime. Collaboration with the ADS Team and business teams to support projects and provide general knowledge of enterprise applications is crucial. It is important to note that many of our clients are in the medical field, and adherence to HIPAA regulations is strictly enforced. Responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent support and acting as a consultant for partners

- Delivering frontline support to clients

- Creating, updating, and routing support tickets

- Developing expert knowledge of systems and products used by ADS

- Providing remote and on-site support at all necessary sites

- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving user issues, as well as reporting bugs

- Bringing client feedback to the team and suggesting areas for improvement

- Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support

- Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to the correct resources

- Following up with customers to ensure resolution of issues

Additional responsibilities include:

- Providing support to clients both on-site and remotely

- Resolving complex problem tickets and performing PC and network troubleshooting and upgrades

- Assisting in the development of processes and procedures for client network operations

- Contributing to network backup and disaster recovery administration

- Participating in the planning and implementation of multiple projects

Required skills and qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and network infrastructure

- Experience with network switches, routers, and firewalls

- Proficiency in troubleshooting, project management, and professionalism

- 2+ years of customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting experience

- Experience with Exchange/Office365/M365 administration

- A+, CCNA, MCP certifications are preferred

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record


$50,000 - $60,000 per year
