We are seeking a Strategy and Business Operations Analyst at Adly with a strong analytical mindset and technical proficiency to join our team. You will be instrumental in developing business health metric dashboards, providing regular KPI updates, deriving insights from complex data sets, and contributing to our data engineering efforts. Your role will support our continuous drive to optimize operations, drive business growth, and enhance customer experiences across our portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to identify insights within data, conducting deep dives to investigate underlying factors and potential impacts on the business.
  • Design and maintain business health metric dashboards to monitor and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) across our digital business portfolio.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on business performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, analysis, and visualization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering to maintain data pipelines, transformations, and troubleshooting logs to enhance data quality and accessibility.

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in data visualization, statistical analysis, and insight generation.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms and tools, such as BigQuery, Airflow, Airbyte, and Jupyter.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL processes, data pipeline architecture, and data quality management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
