What You’ll Do
- Own the delivery of key workstreams across construction cost estimating, integrated master scheduling, design development, and federal procurement documentation
- Translate technical documents into structured outputs — including estimate tables, schematic design criteria, and client-ready project schedules
- Coordinate across internal teams, design/engineering partners, and government stakeholders
- Support the development of prefabrication-ready standards, performance frameworks, and repeatable design guides
- Participate in charrettes, workshops, and design review sessions to move deliverables from draft to decision
- Identify issues early, propose solutions, and keep momentum on track
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in field construction, preconstruction, or estimating — ideally in a general contractor or AEC environment
- Strong understanding of design-build workflows and lean construction considerations
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and synthesis skills
- Industrialized construction experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Military experience or experience working with federal clients is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently, owning timelines, and adapting in a fast-changing environment
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
