If you are interested in working for AdjusterPro, please use this general opening to contact us! We love meeting great people who want to be a part of our team.
What AdjusterPro does and who we hire
Our business is selling online courses for insurance agents and adjusters, and our passion is excellence. We are dedicated to offering the best service, the best marketing, and the best products in our industry.
To do this, we need a winning team. We look for ideal team players, a concept we took from Patrick Lencioni’s book by the same name. According to Lencioni, people who are humble, hungry, and people-smart will strengthen any team and excel wherever they are.
We agree, but we’ve kicked it up a notch by adding our five core values. The people who founded and grew AdjusterPro brought these values with them, and they are intrinsic to who we are. These values drive our strategy, guide our decisions, and are exhibited by every employee:
Embrace the Culture of Life.
Be Bold.
Something Wrong? Good.
Humility is Strength.
Start Strong, Finish Strong
People who embrace these core values thrive at AdjusterPro.
All that to say, if you are interested in joining our winning team, send us your application! In your cover letter, please address why you want to work for AdjusterPro and which roles you could see yourself in. If a position opens up that fits your skill set, we’ll contact you.
Below is a little more information about how we work at AdjusterPro and the various roles we often hire for.
Our Remote Workplace
Our workforce is 100% remote but must live and work in the United States.
Although we work from the comfort of home, we’re pretty serious about good communication and accountability. We’ve been running our business on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) since 2020, and it has been a game changer for us.
We put our families first, offering flexible scheduling, company holidays, PTO for full- and part-time employees, as well as additional benefits (there’s a full list below).
Potential Open Positions
When a new position opens up, we will post a job opening for that role. Below are a few of the teams we’ll likely hire for in the coming year, and the general job responsibilities of those roles. All of our positions require tech aptitude, excellent writing skills, and the ability to self-manage and direct one’s own work.
Customer Support
Our customer support teams are the front line of our business and brand. They interact with our students and clients, offering career advice, tech support, and information about our industry and products.
The best customer support team members are friendly, outgoing, and adept communicators. Much of this role involves communication — talking on the phone, writing informative emails, participating in the team chat and team brainstorming sessions, and documenting research.
One arm of our support team specializes in serving our corporate clients. These clients require reporting and analytics, so experience with technology and spreadsheets is key.
Product Development
Our Product teams research, write, and design the courses we sell. The best course developers are expert researchers and writers. They learn everything they can about an insurance concept, break their knowledge down into simple components, and write in clear and interesting prose. They use their creative side to come up with activities, quiz questions, and clever course titles.
Besides writing our courses, the product team manages our huge content database, which organizes the chapters, quizzes, and activities that make up each course. The product team is responsible for keeping this database up-to-date, tracking changes, and knowing everything there is to know about our products. Organizational skills are key here.
IT
As an online education provider and fully remote company, technology is what makes every aspect of our business thrive. We host our courses online, use tech to communicate with each other, and are building more of our own software and systems. We need IT team members, but we also need people in other departments who have a tech-focused approach to work.
If you have an IT background, let us know how you see yourself contributing. We anticipate hiring more software developers, data analysts, and internal support people in the next few years.
Our CTO likes the term “affable geeks” – and that’s what we look for in this department: people who enjoy the geeky stuff, but who are friendly and can communicate their knowledge easily and comfortably in everyday language.
Marketing
Our Marketing team is growing, and this group does some of everything! Our company has two different brands, AdjusterPro and All-Lines Training. Each brand has a website, blog, multiple social media accounts, and customer database. Our marketing team manages both brands, plans tradeshows, and runs various marketing campaigns.
In the next few years, we will be hiring people to help with graphic design, email marketing, SEO, and other marketing initiatives, so if you’re seeking a challenging marketing role on a fun and creative team, let us know!
Other teams – On occasion we also have openings in Finance, HR, Sales, and Compliance. Let us know if you are interested in any of those teams.
