What You’ll Do
- Implement software solutions designed by senior engineers and architects
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC), and SQL Server
- Work within existing codebases, including legacy systems
- Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality solutions for multiple clients
- Communicate directly with clients as needed to clarify requirements or resolve issues
- Continuously improve your technical skills and understanding of the platforms we support
What You’ll Need
- 0–5 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent education and project work)
- Microsoft .NET training or hands-on experience
- Experience with:
- C#
- ASP.NET
- SQL and relational databases
- Visual Studio
- Source control (Git, TFVC, or similar)
- Ability to implement defined solutions independently
- Comfort working across multiple projects and clients in a single day
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- A humble, curious, and coachable mindset
- Willingness to learn and recognize personal strengths and limitations
What Would Be Nice
- NetForum AMS experience
- Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC
- JavaScript and jQuery experience
- Exposure to SOAP APIs or legacy integrations
- Association or nonprofit industry experience
- Consulting or client-facing experience
- Azure DevOps experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Microsoft, SQL Server, or Azure certifications
