What You’ll Do
- Design, engineer, and implement software solutions independently
- Lead development efforts across multiple client projects
- Work hands-on with full-stack technologies including C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms and MVC), SQL Server, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Maintain and modernize legacy systems, including Web Forms applications and SOAP APIs
- Make architectural and design decisions with performance, security, and maintainability in mind
- Accurately estimate work and communicate risks and tradeoffs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Mentor Software Engineers and provide technical guidance
- Communicate directly with clients in 1-on-1 settings
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong full-stack development experience in production environments
- Deep experience with:
- C#
- ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC
- SQL Server
- JavaScript and jQuery
- Willingness to work in and improve legacy systems
- Proven ability to design and engineer solutions independently
- Strong estimation and ownership skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly across multiple clients, projects, and priorities
- High emotional intelligence, humility, and self-awareness
