The Litigation Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports attorneys in all phases of litigation, including organizing case files, preparing and managing discovery responses and document productions, and assisting with trial preparation. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and formatting legal documents, tables of authority, court filings, coordinating and reviewing case materials, conducting factual and legal research, and maintaining case calendars and deadlines. The Litigation Paralegal will collaborate closely with attorneys and staff, communicate with courts and third parties as needed, and help ensure that filings and submissions are completed accurately and on time. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
