Manufacturing & Troubleshooting

• Resolve application issues (adhesion, curing cycles, performance)
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering
• Background in transformers, insulation materials, or related industries strongly preferred
• Knowledge of coatings, resins, and curing processes
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to travel 30–50%
• CRM/ERP experience is a plus
