What You'll Do

As an Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and facility operations. You'll work alongside production, engineering, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electronic equipment
• Maintain and support PLCs, HMIs, drives, and control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and automation projects
• Support plant improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Maintain electrical drawings, software backups, and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process improvements
• Participate in major equipment overhauls and capital projects
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain a clean work environment

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PLCs and industrial controls
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree, trade school certification, or related training
• Experience with HMIs, AC/DC drives, and machine networking
• Knowledge of OSHA and NEC standards
• Experience with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems
• Industrial maintenance, skilled trades, or engineering background
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting
• Ability to work throughout a manufacturing environment
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
