Position Overview

The Custodial Technician role is a structured position designed to provide hands-on experience and training in advanced eco-friendly cleaning practices. Technicians will gain expertise in using innovative tools and processes, ensuring high-quality service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light cleaning duties in residential, vacation rental, and office settings.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment, such as HEPA vacuums, and conduct air quality/surface testing.
• Maintain and manage inventory of eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Engage with digital tools for quality assurance and scheduling using Launch27.
• Participate in regular training sessions covering indoor air quality, sustainability practices, and advanced hygiene.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and sustainability practices.

• Strong interest in sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the cleaning industry.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Reliable transportation to attend on-site training and job locations.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate (to be discussed during the interview process).
• Paid certification and training programs, including ISSA Cleaning Management Institute courses.

Onboarding and Training Process

1. E-Verify Registration: Complete identity verification and schedule a live video verification call.
2. Training Access: Receive access to training materials and certification courses upon completing E-Verify, including:

• PHC (Professional House Cleaner) (ONLINE SELF PACED).
• Basic Custodial Technician Certification (SCHEDULED ONLINE WEBINAR).
• 3-day On-Site Skills Check-Off Training (SCHEDULED AFTER CERTIFICATION COMPLETE).

1. Certification: Successfully complete training and certification to be assigned to cleaning schedules.
2. Scheduling: Use Launch27 to manage availability and accept assignments.
