Job Overview: As a Housekeeping Apprentice at Actually Clean, you will embark on a structured, one-year apprenticeship program where you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of eco-friendly cleaning. This program includes 2,000 hours of on-the-job learning supplemented by 192 hours of related instruction. Apprentices will learn to use advanced cleaning technologies, including HEPA vacuums and 3D photography for service walk-throughs, and will be prepared for future leadership roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light cleaning duties in residential and commercial settings.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment and conduct air quality/surface testing.
- Maintain and manage inventory of eco-friendly products.
- Engage with digital tools for quality assurance and scheduling.
- Participate in regular training sessions covering topics like indoor air quality, sustainability practices, and advanced hygiene.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and sustainability practices.
