**Salary Range: $27 to $28 per hour**


**Job Overview:**

At ACTE Technologies, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support to ensure their satisfaction.


**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

- Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience


**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
