Boxelder Job Corps Center — Nemo, SD | Full-Time, 40 hrs/week

Schedule: 4:15 AM–12:45 PM Saturday–Tuesday, OR 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Mon & Tues / 4:15 AM–12:45 PM Wed–Fri

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines
  • Keep kitchen, dining, and storage areas clean and up to health code standards
  • Follow proper portion control and food safety procedures
  • Help with menu planning and inventory rotation
  • Create a positive, welcoming dining experience that supports student health and morale


What You'll Bring

  • A valid Food Handler's Permit — required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in institutional, cafeteria, or commercial food service
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexibility to work the required schedule, including evenings and weekends
